- Shipping: We ship our frozen seafood products within Cebu. Shipping costs are a flat rate of 100 pesos for orders below 1200 pesos. Orders above 1200 pesos qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs (or the lack thereof) will be added to your total order cost at the time of purchase.
- Delivery: We ship our frozen seafood products using standard ground shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
- Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your frozen seafood products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or partially used.
